
| "THE ART EXPERTS' PAGE" Join us as an Art Expert to be Featured on our YouTube® Channel (See steps below) HOW IT WORKS The Art Experts Channel™ Producer selects an Art Piece to be appraised for the next “The Art Experts Channel™” YouTube® video, or an Art Expert approved by the Producer presents an Art Piece that he/she appraises and comments on to relate its value and history for educational purposes and to promote the Art Expert's skills and services to the Community, An advance against the production fee is paid by the Expert or his/her Company after a written agreement is entered between The Art Experts Channel™ and the Expert, (Contact us here for a quote) a production schedule is emailed to the Expert to prepare for the taping with Q & A., An appointment is set up between the Producer and the Expert to tape a 3:00 to 4:00 minutes video emphasising on questions and answers about the history of the item, and its appraisal estimated value from the Expert demonstrating his or her skills, and why or why not the item may be deemed a collectible. Each video segment states the name, title, address, and contact information of the Expert featured for prospective customers to be able to reach him or her on the Worldwide Web, Prior to the final editing of the segment; the Participant reviews the video for any information that needs to be updated, Experts' Benefits: a) Be featured on "The Art Expert's YouTube Channel™" worldwide and potentially on Television, b) **Receive a digital copy of the Video for personal use without any future license fee required, c) Receive and Expert Listing on The Art Expert's Channel Directory, d) **Note: All videos and contents are the exclusive property of “The Art Experts Channel™" and or its Estate for worldwide use and to perpetuity. Each Expert receives a digital copy for private use and for his/her perpetual worldwide use, but not for commercial or resale use, e) The Appraiser or Expert must be fully accredited or licensed as an Expert in his or her field, f) The Participant must show and have full authority and qualifications to enter as an Expert or to provide an Appraisal of a selected art piece or instrument publicly, g) Appraisers and Experts must cover and secure their own travel and accomodation expenses if needed and under no circumstances will TheArtExpertsChannel.com its Producer, employees or company be liable for Experts' travel costs, or any Appraisal service fee, h) If a Participant wishes to withdraw as an Expert and not pursue with the taping of a show, he or she must eMail within 3 Business Days* prior to taping a written "Cancellation Notice" to receive a refund; a 20% Pre-production cost fee is deducted from any money deposited by the Expert and is non-refundable to cover these costs. i) In the event that The Art Experts Channel™ or an Expert needs to reschedule or cancel a video taping for any reason including Force Majeure, weather conditions, or illness; a mandatory e-mail Notification must be sent between the parties to reschedule the taping until the next available time. A full refund will not apply and the parties will reschedule the production at a later time that is acceptable only 1 time to accomodate each other. Multiple cancellations are not accepted and pre-production funds shall be used at the producer's discretion to cover pre-production costs as needed. j) The Art Experts Channel™ may choose at its discretion to feature more than one Expert to appraise, or give his/her Expert opinion on any given Art Piece or Collectible that is presented by the Producer. In this case a YouTube® Video compilation of all the Experts' valuations will be featured on the worldwide web instead of a single Expertise that might be required for a rare collectible, k) Participant's Videos posted on The ArtExpertsChannel.com™ (TAEC) may only be removed by TAEC, unless under contractual licensing agreement, or sold to a Broadcasting or multi-media outlet. L) New Terms and Policies may be updated at TheArtExpertsChannel.com™' discretion at any time and without giving prior notice to new or previous Participants; please visit our website for any new Terms & Policies that may be applicable to your Art Expertise. *Any pre-existing agreement entered is valid between the parties for the length of its written Terms and within the Terms specified in each agreement. m) All Agreements must be in writing to be valid.
