(See Example below that applies to an Appraiser) HOW IT WORKS Terms & Conditions to be a Participant. The Art Experts Channel Producer selects an Art Piece to be appraised for its next “Art Experts Channel™” You Tube® video and or its website. An appointment is set between the Producer and an Appraiser specializing in the type of items that will be featured next in our YouTube® video, The Appraiser confirms that he/she will provide a complimentary appraisal of the item with a written agreement and Appraisal Certificate to The Art Experts Channel in return for a Complimentary taping and exposure on our YouTube™ Channel showing the Appraiser, his/her skills, Name credit, address, and contact information for prospective customers to reach them and promote his or her expertise on the Worldwide Web, The Producer confirms with the Appraiser a schedule for the digital video taping time to take place between the parties, The video taping of the Item and its Appraisal is taped, An Appraisal Certificate is then issued by the Appraiser to the Producer of The Art Experts Channel at the same time that the Producer issues an “Art Experts Channel You Tube® Voucher to the Appraiser that describes the Participant’s benefits and terms that include: a) One You Tube video footage of the Appraiser’s skills on the worldwide web, b) Free production, editing, sound, and filming costs to the Participant (Participant must cover his/her Travel and Accomodation costs as needed), c) One Service Directory listing of the Participant posted for 1 year on The Arts Experts Channel's website with a link to the Appraiser’s website if available, including his or her specialty, address and contact info, d) A digital copy of the You Tube® video posted on The Art Experts Channel is provided to the Participant, showing the Appraiser describing the Art Piece, its details and value… e) All videos and contents are the exclusive copyrighted property of “The Art Experts Channel™" and or its Estate to perpetuity. f) Prior to the final editing the Participant agrees to review the video for any discreapancy, or final re-take or any change needed in the Appraisal value, g) The Appraiser or Participant must be fully accredited and or licensed as an Expert in his or her field, h) The Participant warrants that he/she has full authority to enter into this Appraisal agreement, i) Appraisers and Participants are notified that they must cover and secure their own travel and accomodation expenses if needed and that under no circumstances will TheArtExpertsChannel.com its Producer, employees or company be liable for guests travel costs, or any Appraisal service fees, i) In the event that a Participant wishes to withdraw as an Expert and not pursue with the complimentary service; the Participant agrees to notify the Art Experts Channel by Contacting us within 48 hours prior to taping with a written "Cancellation Notice" to The same Terms apply to any Expert who wishes to have a YouTube® video taped where he or she is scheduled to appear as an Expert on The Art Experts Channel™ j) In the event that The Art Experts Channel needs to reschedule or cancel a video taping for any reason, an e-mail will be sent to the Expert within 48 hours from production time to either reschedule or cancel the taping, in the event of Emergency, Force Majeur, illness or other unforseen circumstance or weather alerts, such Production will be rescheduled as needed or cancelled by either party, k) The Art Experts Channel may choose at its discretion to feature more than one Expert to appraise, or give his/her Expert opinion on any given Art Piece or Collectible presented. In this case a YouTube® Video compilation of the Experts' valuations will be featured on the worldwide web instead of a single Expertise when more than one opinion is required, L) The Art Experts Channel may cancel an initially scheduled appointment with an Expert if a more suitable Expert is selected for any reason. In this case; the cancelled party will be notified within 48 hours from taping and receive a complimentary annual directory listing on the website as his/her sole benefit without having to provide any service to TAEC. Any Expert may be re-scheduled as needed at a latter date if more appropriate to participate as an Expert on the Channel. m) Videos posted free of charge that include any Participant may be renewed by The Art Experts Channel™ unless a written withdrawal is provided by an Expert. n) New Terms and Policies may be updated at The Art Experts Channel™' discretion at any time and without giving prior notice to any new or previous Participant; please visit our website for any new Terms & Policies that may be applicable to your Art Expertise. *Any pre-existing agreement entered is valid between the parties for the length of its written Terms and within the Terms specified in each agreement.
